We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with one of Cambridges well-renowned colleges as they seek to recruit a Payroll Manager to join their team on a part time basis. The role will be worked on a 25-28 hour per week basis, and offers hybrid workingarrangements.As the incoming Payroll Manager, you will lead on the payroll function within the College, and be tasked with the following responsibilities:- Processing full monthly payroll for all staff- Prepaying BACS payments- Prepaying the payroll journal- Reconciliation and prep for year end returns to HMRC- Reconciling NI/PAYE payments- Additional duties as per the full JDAs the incoming individual, you will ideally be an experienced Payroller, with good knowledge of current payroll regulations. You will also ideally possess good pensions knowledge and be comfortable communicating with staff at all levels of the organisation.Other desirable attributes include:- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to work to deadlines- Good planning and organisation skills- Team player in your approach to work.This role is a great opportunity to work in a well established business, based in the heart of Cambridge.
