You will also mange a small team and create training plans for them and assist with year end reports. Requirements: * Must have international payroll compliance experience.* Must be CIPP level 5 or CIPD level 5 or in country equivalent or ACCA/CIMA/ACA. * Experience with resolving issues and escalating matters.* Must have at least 8+years experience working within payroll.* At least 3 years management and payroll compliance experience.* Strong knowledge on UK payroll. * Basic understanding of employment law.
