Job Description

Robert Half Cambridge have partnered with a business in Cambridge in their search for a Part Time Credit Controller. This role will report into reporting to the Financial Controller and will oversee the accounts receivable activity for thecompanies.This role is for 20 hours a week and predominately based working at home with monthly meet ups with the team in the Cambridge.The Role:

  • Responsible for raising all invoicing across the acquiring and ATM revenue streams, including issuing account statements.
  • Responsible for debt collection process, both Direct Debit and manual process, including applying overdue debt process as appropriate.
  • Ensure cash collection is in line with company credit terms and customer ledgers are up to date with timely allocation.
  • Own engagement with customers, relationship managers and customer support teams and external parties such as debt collection agency, direct debit service provider etc.
  • Forecasting cash collection.
Your Profile:
  • Qualified accounting professional with solid management accounts experience and ideally financial reporting knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and demonstrable experience in transactional accounting.
  • Proficient Excel Skills (pivots, sumifs, vlookup)
