The Trust provides accessible high-quality healthcare for the local people of Cambridge, together with specialist services, dealing with rare or complex conditions for a regional, national and international population.The Trust’s Complaints Team are looking for a motivated, well-organised and meticulous team member to support the Complaints Case Managers in drafting high quality detailed letters that reflect the investigation reports obtained during the complaint investigation and which can be sent to the complainant and other relevant bodies. You will have enthusiasm and personal resilience, together with good organisational and time management skills in order to co-ordinate a number of cases at any one time.
