Part 2 Architectural AssistantReference: KOCAM89789Location: Cambridgeshire Salary: £26,500-30,000 Dependant on experience Im delighted to be supporting a RIBA Chartered and well-established practice based in Cambridge, who now due to succession on projects are looking to expand their design team. My client works across a diverse portfolio of work, and whilst they do not specialisein one sector, some of their recent work has included Residential, Public, Healthcare, Industrial, Office and Education projects.Im looking to speak with both freshly graduated Part 2 Architectural Assistants, right through to those with several years experience or close to starting their Part 3.My client is also committed to the environment and follows developments of sustainable architecture closely, ensuring they deliver buildings to high standards of sustainability.Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualified.
  • At least you year our Part 1 industry experience.
  • Ideally you will have good Revit, Sketchup and Adobe skills.
  • Boast design flare and good technical skills.
  • Able to complete work to a high standard within given time frames.
  • Support the Architects across all design RIBA stages.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Hardworking with a positive work attitude and ethic.
  • Living locally to Cambridge or within a commutable distance.
