The General managers are looking for an Operations manager to come into the business and takeover the day-to-day operations of thewarehouse.Looking for someone who can make the role their own, the general managers would like someone to help grow as well as grow with the business over the coming years.Operating both B2C and B2B, youll need to implement an operational strategy and deliver a high level of performance through agreed KPIs. You will need to ensure all the processes for operations are completed efficiently in cost-effective methods.A strong leader will be required to coach and train your direct reports where necessary.
