Despatches is made up of several areas which are responsible for ordering,uploading, despatching and tracking all assessment and administration materials required in order to support our customers worldwide.Our team manages a wide range of production activity that service and support internal stakeholders and ultimately our customers. Our Coordinators are vital to those activities because they are close to the action.   • Responsibility for the day-to-day management of Despatches operations processes.
  • The role holder will provide support to all areas of their specific team(s).
  • You will have line management of team leader(s) and by extension input and care for their direct reports.

  • Ability to learn, analyse and deliver multiple complex operational processes at the same time.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Taking accountability and ownership, using your initiative within the team.
