Open Source Software Engineer - Cambridge - up to £60,000 - Linux, Windows, CI/CD,TDD/BDD, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, CloudFormation, Serverless, ScriptingA very exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented engineer looking to take the next step in their career. You will be joining a highly exciting, technical organisation who have invested heavily in their technical teams and are producing an industry disrupting product in their market. This is a mixed skilled team with development happening in various programming languages. You will be working within an established and dynamic team of engineers where DevOps is the culture and continuous integration is the key. You will be working very closely with the software and testing teams to ensure all their systems are automated and cloud based. You will be very hands on technically and be writing clean and clear code for the business within a Scrum environment. You will have:-Knowledge on Terraform, Helm- Open server knowledge with Docker, Kubernetes or similar- Experienced in an open source language (Python, Node.js, Express etc)- Automated testing knowledge with Selenium, Jenkins, Jest, PytestThis is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join an organisation whose product is going from strength to strength in their market.
