Job Description

Office Manager, ISO13485, ISO27001, MedTech RemoteMy client, an innovative and forward thinking start-up within the Med-Tech industry are seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager, to join their newly developed team, becoming the heart and soul of the office & organisation.The successful Office Manager will be someone who is familiar with the unique pace that comes with working in an early-stage start-up business and is comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team. Initially, the successful Office Manager willwork on a predominantly fully remote basis, moving towards 12 days in Office, to be agreed between parties.The CompanyThe successful Office Manager will be joining a dynamic environment, made-up of highly technical, and truly brilliant minds! You will be joining an organisation who is not only ambitious and driven, but is also playing a pivotal role within patient healthcareon a global scale.The successful Office Manager will have the opportunity to get involved and step-up across the business, to work to find solutions; but the work will be hugely rewarding, as you get to see each day, the impact that youre having upon not only the organisation,product suite, those within the business and those impacted by it!Whats RequiredJoining a start-up requires someone with flexibility, pragmatism and initiative, as well as a willingness to face problems head-on and never shy away from a challenge. As well as these softer skills, the successful Office Manager will have:

  • Proven commercial experience as an Office ManagerIdeally within a similar start-up focussed/MedTech environment
  • Prior experience compiling company policies & processes relating to
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong skills across the Microsoft office suite and a range of google products
  • Experience dealing with Finance and Accounting duties including purchasing
  • Strong prioritisation skills and an ability to juggle multiple-tasks concurrently with a proactive and thoughtful approach ISO 13485 and ISO 27001
