Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join this rapidly growing biotech company located in Cambridge.They are seeking a highly organised and experienced Office Manager. You will cover a wide range of duties, as well as give admin support to the Finance and HR teams.Key responsibilities:Manage company records and contractsArranging conferences, travel and hotel bookingsLiaising with suppliers, setting up accounts and maintaining a corporate registerArranging company eventsH&S compliancePA support to the CEO and COOOrganising travel and meetings for the CEO and COOProcessing invoices and expensesAdvertising vacancies, arranging interviews, updating recordsAd hoc duties:Liaising with cleaners and building managementProperty maintenance through contractor managementBooking in, meeting and greeting guestsPerson specification:Ability to multitask and prioritise your own workloadPrevious experience in a similar roleStrong interpersonal skillsHigh level of understanding of confidentialityExcellent attention to detailHighly organisedIf you are interested and have relevant skills/experience then forward your CV today.
