Job Description

Working in collaboration with my exciting and innovative global leader in design and manufacturebased to the south of Cambridge.I am looking for a Fantastic permanent Receptionist/Office Administrator.You will have the following Skills and Experience:

  • Managing Internal switchboard,
  • Database management
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Key Competencies

  • Reliability Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Switchboard; post; franking machine; mail outs
  • Submit lead distribution log to management and business development monthly
  • Providing progressive administrative support to other departments
  • Alarm maintenance i.e. Chubb fire alarm – weekly test, fire drill and record log
  • Ordering stationery and supplies for the offices
  • Book couriers and taxis for staff/management
  • Maintain staff rota, keeping record of employee holidays and absences then filing holiday forms
  • Processing new trade account applications
  • Coordinate and help execute client events; Sending out e-invites; RSVPs
  • Unsubscribing emailers and noting this on client spreadsheets
  • Liaise with PR contacts, handle press requests for information, images and marketing material across all product categories
