Job Description

** Support Worker **** NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED AS FULL TRAINING PACKAGE OFFERED **** 12 hour shifts **** £8.84ph **** 36 or 48 contracts on offer **** 3/4 per week rota system **** Ideally you will work days and nights but will consider candidates for days only and nights only **** St Neots, Cambridgeshire **BS Social Care are recruiting for 7 candidates either with or without experience in care. Experience within the care sector is not essential as we offer full training, however what you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives. These roles are permanent contracts working 12 hour shifts working either 3 or 4 shifts per week depending on how many hours you are looking for.About the employer; this is a large company supporting supports ten adults with a dual diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. We work in partnership with family members and the people we support, to provide support that enables individuals to live with their Autism with hope and optimism and work towards a truly valued lifestyle.About the job; as a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support of the people within the service including (but not limited to) help with personal care, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, cooking, laundry and assistance with medication. Each and every person we support is unique so we encourage our teams to get creative, promoting each individuals independence, choice and dignity whilst still having plenty of fun along the way.About the ideal candidate; it is essential that you will be a driver and ideal that you have care experience, however, we are opening these roles to candidates who have never worked in the sector and now looking to give back. A full induction plan and a training programme will be offered alongside opportunities to complete Health and Social Care qualifications and to progress into management.It is essential whether you have experience or not to be kind, caring, emphatic and want to do this role for all the right reasons. We look for people with a great attitude towards care and to your service users.This is a permanent full time role offering 12 hour shifts. We can offer 3 or 4 shifts per week. It is ideal that you are able to work both days and nights, however, we can offer day only and night only contracts.
