SE16950/ 534Multi-Shift Maintenance EngineerCambridgeshire £30,000 - £35,000Monday to Friday - Days ONLYOur client is a leading processing & packaging manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a number of Multi-Skilled Shift Engineers to join their close knit team.Role & Responsibilities:* Provide front line engineering support to all food processing, production & packaging machinery* Prioritise breakdowns on shift to get machinery up and running as safely and quickly as possible* Carrying out both electrical & mechanical fault finding & routine maintenance plans* Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency* Dealing with conveyors, PLCs, control systems, motors, pumps, inverters, HMis etc.* Working on facilities and site services maintenance daily* Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement worksKnowledge, Skills & Experience:*Need to be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer - electrically biased*Apprentice Trained*Experienced in high-volume, fast moving environment*Beneficial to have worked on high-speed food production, packaging & processing machinery*Advantageous to have 17th / 18th Edition*Proven experience of continuous improvement activities*PLC - electrical fault-finding skills a must*Vacuum brazing knowledge desirable*Strong electrical & mechanical problem-solving skills*Must be able to safely diagnose and isolate electrical faultsShifts & Benefits Package:**Salary £30k-£35k dependant on experience*Days position*Overtime available*25 Days Holiday, Pension, Private HealthcareRef Number: SE16950/ 534If you are interested in this role or looking for something similar please contact our Managing Consultant Ashley Reynolds directly at or call them for a confidential discussion on .Hunter Selection is a nationwide provider of recruitment services in ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURING, SERVICE & TECHNOLOGY.
