We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to carry out PPM and Reactive Activities to a variety of commercial premises, candidates will ideally be located in the Cambridge area. Applicants should have Domesticand Commercial Experience. The applicant would be expected to assist with various reactive and PPM tasks. Some installation work will be expected although the core part of the role is maintenance.The role is predominantly Electrical bias of strong multi-skilled background with experience of Building Services & HVAC.This is a hands-on role and would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required, a conscientious and reliable team player and someone that has excellent interpersonal and communicationskills due to this being a client facing role. The ability to plan and supervise their own workload as well as being able to produce quotes for additional works required by obtaining materials costs and writing up a description of the works required.Its an exciting time to begin a career at Integral UK LTD as it is Britains Largest and fastest growing national provider of high-quality comprehensive engineering and maintenance services for commercial and public sector buildings, also providing plannedpreventative and reactive maintenance for over 1600 clients in 60,000 locations.Job Description/Duties:Electrical PPMs and Reactive maintenanceBuilding Services tasksWorking as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the clientDuties will include: Electrical fault finding, wiring, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets, circuits, belts changes, filter changes and coil cleans on AHUs / FCUs, boiler resets, basic plumbing and fabric tasks.Key Skills and Qualifications:C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation (Or Equivalent)C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (Test & Inspection cert preferred)18th editionStrong Electrical & HVAC experienceKnowledge of heating and air conditioning systemsKnowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when requiredSound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations about maintenance activitiesMust be prepared to work out of hours when requiredHave good communication and organisation skillsHave a positive can do attitudeMust have a full UK driving licenseAbility to work on own or as part of a teamParticipate in a call out rotaEmployee Benefits:
