Job Description

MFL Teacher

  • Annual Salary: £27,000 - £45,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Location: St. Neots
  • Job Type: Full-time
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our vibrant team at a forward-thinking secondary school in St. Neots. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to inspire our students andcontribute to the success of our language department. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging MFL lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring a high level of student engagement and achievement.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
  • Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students, providing guidance and encouragement.
  • Contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities program, fostering a love for languages beyond the classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold QTS, PGCE, or equivalent relevant qualifications.
  • Proven experience in teaching MFL in a secondary school setting.
  • A strong commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
