Bilingual Medical Information Specialist (English & Swedish) - Global Leading CRO - Progression Opportunities A well-established and market leading global CRO are now searching for a Medical Information Specialist who can speak fluent English and Swedish to join their ever-growing team of healthcare professionals providing medical information expertise. This includes a career progression plan within medical information orthe opportunity to progress into other fields, such as pharmacovigilance, clinical research or regulatory affairs.Your role will be providing technical, concise and accurate information to health care professionals and patients for the clients medicinal products. You will also perform intake of adverse events and product complaints with the highest level of customer servicepossible.Your main responsibilities include:- Providing phone support to health care professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, product support, clinical trial information and other needs as required.- Documenting these enquiries in the appropriate database.- Responding professionally and accurately to queries via email, internet or mail in reference to pharmaceutical or device products.- Performing peer review- Receive, triage, review and process adverse events and provide additional support as needed.- Attending team and client meetings.- Ensuring that tasks are completed within the deadlines documented in the agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Practices (WPs).- Working with internal and external client contacts to resolve complex enquiries and researching medical literature and drafts responses for such enquiries.What you need:- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences- Previous experience within medical information or entry-level considered.- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Swedish- Customer service background preferable- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards.- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills.- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organise own workload and effectively manage competing priorities.If youre interested in this role, click apply now to forward an up to date copy of your CV, or call us now.
