Job Description

To support the launch of innovation optimisationTo develop a market access / development plan and to execute it!Client DetailsAn innovative, well backed biotech looking to grow and build market share.DescriptionThe successful candidate will:

  • Be part of a team responsible for building and executing a marketing strategy - this includes market research, competition definition, USP proposition, pricing and developing a market access approach.
  • Collaborate with International, Country, and Global stakeholders for the transition, development, and approval of promotional materials in relation to the innovative portfolio of products.
  • Manage planning, development and approval of key programs and materials in close collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Provide input into overall market research plan, developing objectives and stimuli to support research efforts.
  • Work across the brand teams to upload currently approved promotional materials
  • Communicate effectively with international teams
  • Contribute to other marketing projects as required.
  • Develop KOLs.
    • ProfileThe successful candidate will:Have a background in Life Sciences - ideally with an advanced degree in a Life Science subject.Have experience of speciality biotech/pharma marketing of approved products.Be results oriented and possess excellent analytical, communication and collaborative skills.Be adept at developing promotional material.Have strong Project management skills and be adept at Project planning.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.Have experience of Market Access for Biotech or Pharma products.Experience of Field sales or MSL would be beneficialHave an interest in / experience of Oncology and/or Immunology.Job OfferA fantastic working environment.AutonomyAn opportunity to work with innovative products and pipelinesAn opportunity to develop a career as a Market Access expert or MSL.
