Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with practical site experience and knowledge of varied mechanical systems Are you keen to undertake a once in a lifetime experience working in Antarctica This company are a world-leading institute carrying out research in the Polar Regions. They are now looking to expand the team with a highly-motivated, team-oriented Mechanical Maintenance Engineer on a Fixed-Term Contract basis for their upcoming tour of Antarctica. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for all planned maintenance, reactive repair, support and upkeep of all mechanical and associated services on the Station. This may include water, desalination and sewage systems etc. The ideal candidate will have a recognised mechanical service qualification; as well as post-qualification, practical, onsite experience in a mechanical maintenance environment.The Role:
