A Cambridge based consultancy working on top secret threat detection technology for national security has four twelve month, initial, contract opportunities for engineers experienced in model based design engineering MATLAB/Simulink to work with them on-sitein Cambridge (the position is currently being assessed by QDOS on the basis of an OUTSIDE IR35 determination).MATLAB/Simulink Engineer RoleThe role involves working on cutting edge Radar threat detection systems and counter measures for electronic warfare. You will be joining a specialised team of top tier specialists, due to the secretive nature specifics of details can only be discussed betweenthe client and suitable candidates.MATLAB/Simulink Engineer Essential RequirementsDue to the nature of the work an SC or DV clearance is requiredExpertise with MATLAB/SimulinkModelling and Simulation experience (in this application it is for complex control systems)MATLAB/SimulinkEngineer beneficial RequirementsKnowledge of C/C++ programmingDigital Signal Processing and real time controls of FPGAXilinx tool sets and hardware including RFSOCKnowledge of Real time operating systems and LinuxMATLAB/SimulinkEngineer Application processPlease apply with an up to date CV.
