Job Description

Are you a brand architect, and have you been responsible for creating a brand strategy for a start-up medical / clinical / diagnostics companyHave you launched a new product to market within the Clinical / NHS / Laboratory Diagnostics industryDo you want to work in a highly entrepreneurial, high growth business environment, with direct access to the Directors / decision makers within the companyIf so, I have the perfect job for you!...Location: Fully Remote Based Position (Anywhere in the UK)Our client is a fast-growing high tech well established international technology/ supply chain company.They deliver premium audio-visual solutions to leading fitness and retail brands, as well as in-home display devices to energy suppliers, and due to their unparalleled supply chain services, they now provide medical products and Med Tech solutions and clinicalsample collection products to includes swabs, PPE, Testing Equipment, Tubes and Transfer Media to the Clinical Diagnostics and NHS sectors which has already generated over £5 Million worth of revenue.They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to become the brand architect, and this role is perfectly suited to a commercially minded, Entrepreneurial Marketing professional who has a proven track record building and developing a brand from a Marketingperspective in the Medical / Lab Diagnostics / NHS industry.Salary, Benefits and Working Hours/ Environment:

  • Basic Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
  • A collaborative and agile working environment with high levels of autonomy, and the opportunity to work remotely or in the office (minimal office travel once per quarter), and a flexible 40-hour work week

The Requirements of the Marketing Manager:To be considered for this role you must have proven experience building and developing a brand from a Marketing perspective (could be a Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, PR & Marketing Coordinator, Head of Marketing or similar role) specifically withinthe Clinical/ /Laboratory Diagnostics / Medical/ NHS field (ideally you will have experience assisting with the NHS tendering and mainframe agreements / regulations from a marketing perspective).
  • As this is a highly entrepreneurial working environment you will ideally have experience/ proven successes working in this type of setting, and not afraid to take on Ad-hoc work as and when required to drive the business forward.
  • Based anywhere across the UK, and happy to visit the Head Office in Scotland approx once per quarter.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to establish their medical supply chain brand and provide ongoing marketing support, as well as marketing support for their smart energy products.
  • Your first year will be to establish a compelling medical supply chain brand from a Marketing perspective, their salespeople have product and sales collateral, and they have created a regular flow of leads.
  • Your priority will be developing and launching a new brand for their medical supply chain business unit, including a website, sales materials, content creation and lead generation.
  • You will also support their smart energy devices business with content creation, sales enablement materials, new product launches, and eCommerce plans.
  • Brand refresh and new website launch for their medical brand.
  • Create compelling value propositions and messaging.
  • Content creation - written and visual content for website, brochures, articles, etc.
  • Sales enablement - presentations, brochures, product documentation.
  • Lead generation - marketing campaigns, advertising, webinars.
  • Events - plan their exhibition stands at industry conferences.
  • PR - engage with trade publications and other industry groups.
