Job Description

Market Engagement Lead (Project Manager) | Pharma | Contract | Cambridge My client, a pharmaceutical business based in Cambridge, are seeking a Market Engagement Lead (Project Manager) to project manage the deployment of a new CRM system across 70 countries.Accountabilities:

  • Identify key stakeholders in each business unit (business and IT)
  • Establish strong strategic relationships and act as point contact across key stakeholders
  • Identify specific Legal & Compliance requirements of each business unit which need to be accommodated within CRM solution
  • Work with global project team to understand local integration requirements and workarounds
  • Work with global project team to understand local reporting requirements and workarounds
  • Help plan for 2022 migration budget requirements
  • Manage communications and migration scheduling
  • Work in concert with global project team (business & IT)
  • Develop repeatable engagement and communication approach
  • Influence and support wider project communications & planning
  • Schedule meeting series with each business unit for awareness & Q&A
  • Field and route queries and concerns from business units to the project team
  • Assist in devising and communicating global rollout schedule
  • Be a champion of technology and innovation
  • Adopt a collaborative, cross functional working culture to ensure alignment between Medical Biopharmaceuticals, International, Japan, China, and Oncology Business Unit
    • Essential Skills:
  • Medical experience in the pharmaceutical, commercial or business environments
  • Strong project management experience with a multi-country remit
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management
  • In-depth knowledge of medical affairs with experience of working across global, regional and local networks
  • Experience with CRM platform management within pharmaceuticals
