  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance of production equipment (full range of manufacturing and filling and packaging equipment) in accordance with company procedures and industry best practice, in order to maintain performance and compliance whilstminimising production downtime.
  • Ensuring all maintenance work carried out is correctly documented and recorded in accordance with company procedures to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement using problem solving tools in accordance with company CI initiative to eliminate waste, improve reliability and reduce cost.
  • Providing technical support for process investigations and technical setup of production equipment using equipment knowledge and engineering craft skills to enable resolution of process issues and improve set up.
Qualifications
  • Multi-skilled both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance NVQ Level 3
  • Competent in the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance of a wide range of industrial equipment
  • Proven track record of applying maintenance skills in a regulated industrial environment
  • Engineering craft skills and fault-finding capability.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and control systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and GMP requirements.
