Job Description

Maintenance Assistant - Salary £26,000 per annumTrevett Services are working on behalf of a UK National FM provider who are looking to bring on a Maintenance Assistant to work on their static site in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large maintenance team with excellent benefits and future opportunities.This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week on an alternating shift pattern of 7am - 3.30pm / 2pm - 10pm.Company Benefits:

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Assistant:
  • Carry out PPM’s and reactive maintenance duties on emergency lighting
  • Assist with the maintenance of air conditioning and fan coil units
  • Oversee specialist sub-contractors on site
  • Order materials and update records and paperwork as required
Qualifications Required:
  • Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge is preferred
  • Experience of building services and maintenance duties
  • Knowledge of Legionella would be desirable
  • Experience within a Healthcare environment would be desirable
  • Good general I.T skills and able to receive jobs through a PDA or handheld device
You will need to pass an Enhanced DBS check for this role, and therefore it is essential you are residing in the UK.On offer is a salary up to £26,000 for this full time, permanent role and an excellent opportunity to join a well-known and established FM provider!
