Machine Learning Engineer - Bioinformatics - CambridgeAn up-and-coming biotechnology company in Cambridge are looking for a senior machine learning engineer to join their fledgling team.In this exciting new role, you will be developing complex bioinformatics and machine learning algorithms that will have a direct effect on the companys future research and development programmes and current products, which are the perfect blend betweenscience and engineering.You will be utilising your machine learning expertise to gather user requirements, define system functionality and writing code in Python. The successful engineer will need to be highly self-sufficient in the execution of their duties, taking responsibilityfor areas of functionality, whilst also benefiting from a supportive and forward-thinking working environment.This is a great opportunity to join a company and make a real difference with your knowledge and experience, leading bioinformatics projects from day one.We are looking for scientists who have developed code in Python coupled with experience in the bioinformatics field.
