Linux Systems Administrator *Hybrid WfH / Remote*. Do you have a good knowledge of Linux combined with problem solving skills You could be joining a market leading software house thats remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.As a Linux Systems Administrator you will join a small team responsible for managing and supporting the development, test and production Linux servers. Youll manage configuration documentation and operations run-books, collaborate with the wider systems teamto resolve technical issues and help ensure that business critical systems remain operational at all times.Youll be working on complex systems on challenging and stimulating projects, collaborating with and learning from a busy, motivated team of technologists. Theres a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; in time youll join colleagues in offices based in Cambridge city centre once or twice a month with most of the time working from home with flexible hours (more officetime if desired or you could be fully remote).Requirements:*You have a good knowledge of Linux OS including experience of administering Linux servers (e.g. Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS / RHEL)*You have technical support experience and good problem solving skills*Youre familiar with networking and storage fundamentals*Youre keen to develop your skills and learn *Experience with Ansible would be great but not essential *Youre likely to be degree educated, Computer Science preferredAs a Linux Systems Administrator you will earn a competitive salary (to £55k) plus benefits.Apply now or call to find out more about this Linux Systems Administrator opportunity.
