Job Description

Are you experienced Legal Secretary seeking a new opportunity or an administratorseeking to develop a career within legal Look no further!Opportunity to join a fast growing Trade Mark law firm in Cambridge.Excellent administration skills requiring audio typing skills (digital dictation), ability to work under pressure, with good attention to detail and a team player attitude.The job involves:• Audio typing – (digital dictation)• Answering telephone, responding to emails signing for deliveries from couriers/Royal Mail• Administrative duties – adding deadlines to system, opening files, uploading data to client records• Managing database entry and client files - post, processing, scanning to client files, adding deadlines where necessary• Photocopying• Booking couriers – when required, franking mail• Preparing of client documents, including of proforma invoices, Letter of Engagement to new clients, and the admin related to onboarding a new client• Assisting the main team’s support and the team with keeping an organised client portfolio and inbox• Monitoring of payments and keeping a record of the different stages• Dealing with invoicing for the relevant fee earner where required• Organising and distributing messages to the appropriate team members• Other general admin dutiesWhy You• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint• Good organisational and prioritisation skills• Excellent attention to detail• Ability to work as part of a team• Ability to work with a range of Fee Earners• Experience with customer-facing roles• The ability to multi-task• Confident using the phone and/or willing to learnWhatsin it for youThis is a full-time role offering fantastic benefits along with excellent benefits.InterestedPlease call Michelle Topley on or email .
