Job Description

Legal Counsel 4-10 years - IT/TechIn-House Commercial Legal Counsel, 4 - 10 years PQE opportunity to advise on range of tech contracts. Excellent hybrid/remote working arrangements on offer, with some travel to the officeProfile Specification:

  • You should be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 4 - 10 years PQE (from an in-house or PP background)
  • Experience with handling IT and SaaS contracts
  • Ideally have exposure of agency contracts, terms and conditions and licensing agreements
  • Ideally have a Commercial Tech background
  • Have knowledge of Data Protection, GDPR
  • Ideally have managed or supervised a team
Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
