We are delighted once again to be assisting our client, a leading firm in their field, as they seek a Legal Contracts Advisor to join them initially on a fixed term contract for their Cambridge office.Your day-to-day activities will involve providing support with all aspects of contract management and negotiation. Your varied duties will include reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements, as well as working with stakeholders to identify and resolveany contract related issues. The successful candidate will have experience drafting legal contracts and NDAs and will have a relevant degree/legal qualification. Knowledge of intellectual property is preferred but not essential for the role.
