Reporting to the Senior L&D Manager your role will be to get involved in all areas of the Learning cycle from administration, identifying learning needs, designing and organising learningprogrammes, managing training provider relationships, co-ordinating training programmes and delivering training internally.This is a perfect role for someone looking to further develop their career in L&D. If you have established experience in an L&D function, excellent knowledge of adult learning theories and a passion for helping others grow and develop then this is the rolefor you. In addition to a competitive salary, this company operates a hybrid working model so the expectation would be that you would only be in the Cambridge office 1/2 days a week.
