Junior Graphic/Learning DesignerUp to £180 a day Remote12 month contract Key Skills: Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Experience of basic animation softwareDescription:An exciting opportunity to join an established Learning Innovation & Design team within the Pharmaceutical R&D Industry on an initial 12-month external contract. Manage the visual design of RDLA classroom/PowerPoint based learning content and assets Create innovative and visually appealing communications, animations, info-graphics and supportive resources to promote RDLA mission and activities Ensure final aesthetic appeal and usability with suitable images, typography, space, layout and color aligned to Bayer/RDLA brand guidelines and suitable for a global audience Collaborate with RDLA learning Consultants/Designers to enhance content by creating iconography and diagrams that pictorially represent complex technical and strategic solutions Support the sourcing and maintenance of appropriate stock imagery for inclusion in RDLA digital learning assets Participate in proofreading and User Acceptance Testing of RDLA digital/e-learning content Ensure consistency of final specifications/storyboards to final RDLA learning assetsProfile Higher education qualification in visual/graphic design or art direction Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Exceptional powerpoint skills Experience of basic animation software (e.g., simple show, Powtoon, or similar) Passionate and enthusiastic for design, with a creative flair Strong desire to self-develop your skills and embrace new technologies Ability to work well within a team as well as independently to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in our highly regulated environmentIf you are interested please apply or send your CV to
