Job Description

Who are we looking forWe have a new opening for a Junior Finance Analyst to join our Cambridge Education Group office. This role will sit within the Finance Planning and Analysis team (FP&A) who partner the business to provide accurate, timely and insightful analysis to supportdecision making and support profitable growth.As part of this role, there is an opportunity to work with other departments to help improve their understanding of current data, reports and provide insight. This includes for example the various Sales and Marketing teams as well as the Operational centres.You will also work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner including involvement in the budget setting process, reporting, sales and marketing activities and new business winningKey Responsibilities

  • Key support to the Senior Finance Business Partner on data collection, interrogation, insight and commercial proposals.
  • Quarterly External reporting to University Partners on financial performance against plan.
  • Involvement in Sales and Marketing incentivization including calculating quarterly bonus payments.
  • Involvement in the Digital business budget setting process as well as quarterly reforecasting processes.
  • Maintaining the Digital business Retention deck and providing insightful analysis.
  • Managing the University quarterly invoice process.
  • Involvement and input in new business winning, modelling, and new Digital commercial proposals.
  • Support the improvement and development of the Finance teams understanding of current data sources and reports.
