Job Description

IT Team Lead (Python JavaScript) *Remote / Cambridge* to £80kSuccessful scale-up that provides innovative solutions to the farming industry is on the lookout for an IT Team Lead.Youll be part of a fantastic group of friendly and sociable individuals who are excited to welcome you to the team!Salary & Benefits:

You Role:As an IT Team Lead, you will head up and lead a new team focussed on developing and running internal systems and services across the company. The company are planning to move to new office premise at the start of 2024 and you will play an important partin setting up their infrastructure and networks as they scale. Some of your core duties will include building and leading a team, working with and integrating 3rd party suppliers, supporting internal users with hardware and services, and much more!The team and wider company use data and technology to give farmers the insight they need to increase their profitability and optimise their businesses for the future.Office & WFH:The company is based in Cambridge with on-site parking available. For this role you can be mostly remote with the requirement of meeting up with the team once a quarter.Requirements:
  • You have experience within a similar role as an IT Team Lead / IT Manager, building and leading teams
  • You have experience working with 3rd party suppliers
  • You have knowledge of Python and / or JavaScript
  • You are a friendly, approachable, enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication and collaboration skills
