Job Title: IT Support Technician Location: Cambridge (Hybrid working environment) Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Type of Employment: Permanent Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00 with flexibility We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious IT Support Technician to join one of our rapidly growing global clients based in Cambridge. Responsibilities will include: Supporting end users with a wide range of incidents and requests both over the phone and face to face Creating and supporting domain and Office365 accounts and services. Support of mobile devices with Microsoft Intune. Imaging desktop and laptop machines. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades and security patching. Administering and troubleshooting Office365 technologies inc. SharePoint and OneDrive. Supporting Mimecast email security systems. Skills and experience: You must be enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about IT Have a proactive nature with a willingness to learn more Excellent communication both written and oral 3 - 4 years experience in a similar IT Support role Experience using Azure AD, Exchange, O365 Experience working Microsoft teams
