Are you an experienced Desktop Engineer looking to work for a company who really makes a difference We are working with one of the world leaders in industrial software whose tools predict the behaviour of industry processes.They are a global software house, with fantastic offices based in Cambridge, however, they are flexible in terms of remote working. We have worked with this business for a few years now and have placed multiple engineers within this company.Responsibilities;- Management of support tickets within given SLAs- Act as an escalation point for incidents and requests- Manage UK & EMEA assets- Assist with cost contract and budget execution plansYou will need;- Have strong technical foundation- Experience with desktop, hardware & laptops- Windows OS, Office 365- Bitlocker encryption, active directory administration & virtualisation- Networking experience would be advantageous- Need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders- Must have excellent communication skills- Good problem solving and analytical skills essentialIn return you can expect;- Up to £40k- 5% bonus- 28 days holiday + bank holidays- Generous flexible benefits packageThese roles wont hang around for long so if youre interested apply today!
