Job Description

IT Support EngineerHybrid Role in CambridgeUp to £26,000 per annum (DOE)Are you an accomplished IT professional ready to elevate your career We are actively seeking a proficient IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team in Cambridge.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional 1st and 2nd line technical support, both remotely and on-site.
  • Address issues spanning Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, Apple Mac, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure swift problem resolution.
  • Contribute to enhancing IT systems and processes.
  • Maintain precise records of support issues and resolutions through our ticketing system.
  • Assist in implementing and managing IT infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Support.
  • Desired to have experience in Windows Server, O365, Active Directory and networking.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT support.
  • Full UK Driving License (not essential to own a car, company car is provided when travelling to client sites).
