IT Support Engineer required for my client based in Cambridge for a permanent role paying £26- £34k DOEYou will be Providing excellent technical IT support to clients as part of the IT team via telephone, remote connections and deskside assistance.Key areas of work include Microsoft 365 administration, Windows server and endpoint management, and applications such as SharePoint and OneDrive.The role would suit someone with experience in a helpdesk environment.Technical qualifications, such as Microsoft certifications or ITIL, would be an advantage.Hours - 37.5, Core office hours are 8.45 - 5.00 with 45 mins for lunch. They do however offer flexi hours once you have settled in, and this can include hybrid working (3 days office - 2 days home).Benefits at this level would include 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Plus ability to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per year. Auto enrolled pension scheme EE5% ER3% .
