Job Description

IT Security Engineer | £60k - £70k | Fully Remote | Games Studio Would you like to work for one of the top game studios in the UK Want to work for a firm that is dedicated to creating the most thrilling gaming experiences for users all around the worldThen perhaps this is the position for you.Role: As an IT Security Engineer, will play a key role working closely with Product and IT Management. You will be part of a team responsible for Design, Maintenance, Support and Advance of the Corporate IT Infrastructure, as well as providing support for developmenttools and dealing with support requests.Benefits:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms and securing such environments e.g., Azure, M365
  • Strong familiarity with cloud native tools in Azure, i.e., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Security Center.
  • Knowledge of common authentication technologies including OAuth, SAML, CAs, OTP/TOTP
  • Experience in vulnerability scanning (Carbon Black EDR or Rapid7 will be an advantage.)
  • Experience in the integration and usage of a SOC / SIEM, including experience with Log Aggregators.
  • A deep understanding of networking, e.g., IP subnetting, Network Security Groups, routing, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, load balancer, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Azure Access Policies.
  • Good experience in security systems including firewalls intrusion detection systems anti-virus software authentication systems log management content filtering etc
  • Understanding of SOAR technologies
  • Deep understanding on Network Security Architecture, Cyber Security Threat Management and Hardening practises
  • The candidate is expected to be proficient and experienced with security frameworks, such as: NIST, Mitre, Zero Trust and CIS best practises
  • Have a good understanding of Virtualization technologies: VMWare, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
  • Have a good understanding of Enterprise Networks: LANs, WANs, vLANS and VPNs
  • Basic understanding of a common scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.), and the confidence to troubleshoot and adapt scripts to new requirementsany experience with automation tools is a plus (Terraform, Puppet)
  • Experience with ELK Stack would be an advantage
