Job Description

360 Recruitment are a specialist Technology recruiter, currently recruiting for a Senior IT Project/Programme Manager to join one of the fastest-growing IT Managed Service Provider in the UK.Role:Senior IT Project/Programme Manager Salary:Up to £55,000 + Benefits (If your salary requirement is higher than advertised, we are still keen to hear from you)Benefits:25 Days holiday, plus Bank HolidaysVirtual & Flexible WorkingLife AssuranceHealth PlanProduct DiscountsPermanent Role:Full Time - PermanentLocation:Working Remotely & Occasional Travel to one of our clients Office About the Role: Have you successfully delivered projects/programmes to time cost and quality measures using appropriate methodologies Self-motivated individual to lead the development of the programme delivery strategy. You will have a proven track record of delivering high complexity programmes involving multiple projects, work-streams and components. Also, provide SME advice to Managersand external stakeholders; whilst leading and developing Project Managers allocated to the programme.Responsibilities:

  • Builds effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Provides clear direction and focus to programme team addressing areas of ambiguity and uncertainty within the project.
  • Leads planning and delivery of medium-high value and medium-high complexity programmes to time, cost and quality measures, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Owns, develops and proactively monitors programme plan.
  • Consolidates and documents the fundamental components of programmes (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities, issues and quality requirements).
  • Works with Delivery Support to identify and/or develop frameworks and methodologies that ensure the management of programmes is comprehensive and consistent.
  • Identify improvement opportunities for delivery and wider processes and ways of working.
  • Monitors programme forecast and actual costs, providing early warning of any deviation.
  • Provides assurance and challenge of project plans within programme.
  • Produces highlight reports and presentations to internal and external customers on project status to aid successful delivery of programme.
Experience:
  • Prince2 and agile methodologies.
  • Managed the delivery of large and complex change programmes/projects.
  • Knowledge of using techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programmes, including risk management.
  • Proven experience in delivering change in multi-site organisations.
  • Collaborative teamwork and mindset.
