Our client is hiring an IP Paralegal on a permanent basis. This will be based in their Cambridge office.You will be a trusted member of the team, working to support the Attorneys with Patent & Trademark paralegal duties, as well as overseeing the IP Administrator who will provide you with extra support. Duties will include:- monitoring mailbox correspondence- updating records on Equinox, as well as managing the team inbox- managing docket deadlines- overseeing the IP Administrator; making final quality checks and ensuring all relevant IP processes and initiatives are in place- managing changes and making sure records and updates are accurately made / added to Equinox, managing data for renewals- Patent paralegal duties - monitor EPOline and manage draft applications, prepare UK validation applications, preparing sequence listings- Trademark paralegal duties - preparing oppositions and invalidation papers, applying to records licences, dealing with domain names discrepancies- attending meetings on training and system updates and procedures- support the team during takeover of new client portfoliosREQUIREMENTS:4+ years IP experience, CIPA & CITMA qualification
