Job Description

Interaction Accountancy and Finance are actively recruiting for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month period as part of an impending restructure within their team, based near Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.Supporting the Corporate Finance Director, this role will be required to assist the corporate compliance processes to ensure financial reporting deadlines are adhered to, and all figures are provided in an accurate and timely manner. Typical duties include:

  • Support in the production of Group Financial statements, interim report and subsidiary FRS 101 annual financial statements
  • Managing the audit process, including responsibility for financial statements, accurate notes and disclosures andsections of the Group IFRS report
  • Group consolidation accounting
  • Management of Accounting standard changes, technical accounting papers, policy review, documentation and compliance
  • Month End - assisting with the preparation of consolidated monthly accounts
  • Assist with equity and investor accountabilities
  • Internal audit and controls review involvement
  • Adhoc tasks to support the team
Applications are welcomed from candidates with the following skills and experience:
  • Fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience working in a similar corporate accounting roles, ideally within an international and listed company
  • Strong accounting and reporting skills
  • Experienced within a fast paced and growing environment
  • Analytical, logical and proactive individual
  • Able to demonstrate drive and self motivated attitude
