Infrastructure ConsultantCambridge (hybrid)£55,000 - £65,000Key Responsibilities: Increase customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality consulting serviceson time and on budget Work with our technical architects to implement and deploy leading edgetechnologies to customer base Identify opportunities to develop solutions Assist in the delivery of successful leading edge proof of concept and earlyadopter projects Proactively transfer product skills and knowledge to customers as part of theproject engagement processEssential Criteria: Large user migration, deployment and support Experience of VMware products including ESXi, vCenter, vRealise, vSAN Experience of installing, configuring and support of Email technologies includingM365, and on-premise Microsoft exchange environments Rack/Stack of hardware with knowledge of datacentre environments Experience of EMC SAN solutions; Installing, configuring and troubleshooting HPE Hardware experience including HPE Synergy, 3PAR, Nimble, Primera Experience of installing and configuring VDI solutions such as Citrix or VMwareHorizon Experience of installing and configuring Windows 2019, 2016, 2012 Experience of Microsoft SQL Server to latest version Experience of installing and supporting WAN and LAN equipment with productssuch as Fortigate and Cisco Experience of SIEM and discovery products and knowledge of the productscurrently available Knowledge and experience of the principles and methods of computerconfiguration and operations Knowledge and experience of designing complex technical solutions A sound knowledge of general networking principles and TCP/IP Knowledge and experience of the principles of data communications standardsand implementation
