About the team The ecommerce integration team is part of a wider omni-channel solutions team supporting our customers integrating to Worldpays payment solutions. This is a new team supporting the recently launched, Worldpay eCommerce product. The team will assist newly boarded customers with their integration and to help troubleshoot any issues they have. What you will be doing You will lead a small team of implementation specialists who will be responsible for assisting our merchants to integrating into our new set of payment APIs. Most of this work will be reacting to merchants emails regarding the API, looking at their code tounderstand issues/errors they are generating. It will also include some conference calls with merchants and their developers to diagnose issues. As this is a new product there will be an element of 2nd line investigation to ensure the platform is working correctly. When defects are found you will be raising tickets detailing the issue and working with DevOps teams to help them diagnose and resolve. Additionally, you will work closely with our product and go to market teams to help build out the developer experience. You will develop, plan, and implement activities that will enable a highly motivated and high performing team to deliver your objectives. You will set, review, and encourage team members personal development goals as well as team deliverables. This is a player-coach position with a mix of hands-on interaction with our customers as well as a supervisory role. Be the subject matter expert for our new eCommerce product. To help Worldpay build the tools our merchant need to speed and simplify the integration process.
