Stunning opportunity for People & Culture Manager - Part time - 25 hours per week.Are you ready to be a key player in shaping the people and culture of a rapidly growing business thats making waves in the industryOur client is looking for a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Manager to operate in a standalone capacity and eventually, build out the HR function.As this business builds their success story, they recognise the need to introduce HR practices early on. With no existing HR structure in place, they are eager to bring in a People & Culture Manager who can shape their culture, and establish policies and processesthat reflect their collaborative, uplifting, and positive workplace.As a standalone role reporting to the CEO, you will oversee x20 employees, be responsible for generalist HR functions and have the exciting opportunity to contribute to this business’ growth Key Responsibilities:• Operate independently in a standalone capacity, eventually building and leading a high-performing HR team.• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.• Provide strategic and tactical HR support aligned with the business initiatives.• Lead employee relations cases confidently, enhancing communication between employees and management.• Implement and establish efficient policies and processes.• Develop and maintain an employee handbook.• Champion employee wellbeing and engagement projects• Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience in e-commerce/retail business• Proven startup experience and a track record of developing HR functions• The ability to thrive in a standalone role.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-- If this opportunity excites you, please apply now
