Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a confident, HR Advisor, who is passionate about Employee Relations, to join a well-established organisation in Cambridge. This will be a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working.Typical duties include:

  • Effectively manage a range of ER cases
  • Working closely with hiring managers
  • Analyse data to identify ER trends
  • Proactively devise interventions to support employee engagement
  • Support with employee productivity and capability
  • Maintain a good knowledge of employment law
  • Promote diversity and inclusion across the business
  • Provide line managers with creative solutions to ER issues
  • Support on a variety of projects
  • Ensure all records are updated accordingly
The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex ER cases
  • CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum
  • Confident communicator, resilient and professional
  • Experience within manufacturing/industrial industries preferred
  • Experience with Unions highly desirable
  • Change management experience
  • Strong leader with influencing skills
