Supporting one of our international divisions, you will have demonstrable HR generalist experience and highly developed communication andtime management skills, all key to success in this busy and dynamic role.As an integral member of the HR team of Cambridge University Press & Assessment, you will be based in our English product group, providing professional and comprehensive HR services, ensuring our customers receive seamless HR partnering support. This willinvolve a wide range of operational activities across recruitment, performance management, reward and benefits, employee engagement, talent development, succession planning and employee relations, and project support.Working collaboratively and proactively with line managers you will facilitate positive employee engagement by being the trusted source of expert advice on matters from employment law and company policy, including contract variations through to flexibleworking, maternity and paternity and more. We pride ourselves on the ability to provide sound HR metrics supporting the business in effective decision-making, as well as advising on best practice in recruitment, onboarding and the retention of talent.We will also endeavour to support your self-development, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law, best practice and company policy to help maintain the effectiveness of HR service -delivery across Cambridge Assessment.You will need to:
