Job Description

We are working in partnership with one of Cambridges prestigious Colleges on their appointment of an HR Administrator / Co-ordinator to join the team. Working closely with the HR Manager, your role will be to assist the Manager to ensure the smooth runningof all HR and recruitment activities within the College.Responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Taking the lead on recruitment activities, liaising with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and advertising on appropriate channels
  • Managing the recruitment process, communicating with applicants and arranging interviews
  • Administrative duties including letter writing, issuing contracts etc
  • Managing the HR inbox and providing advice and guidance where necessary
  • Maintaining HR records and changes to information
  • Research and undertake specific HR related projects under the guidance of the HR Manager
Ideally you will be CIPD L3 qualified and with previous HR experience gained in a busy HR team. Support will be given to anyone seeking to progress their qualifications.
