Job Description

A wonderful Market Access and HEOR consultancy based in Cambridge is looking for additional support in their modelling team due to an influx of projects. The team is extremely tight knit and hardworking, and are looking for the right individual to join them as their portfolio expands.Health Economic Modelling Consultant Role:

  • Effectively and autonomously, manage projects to ensure the delivery of high quality work to clients in a timely manner.
  • Support junior members of the team where necessary.
  • Conceptualising, implementing and adapting economic models to specific markets.
  • Identifying, extracting and synthesising a range of evidence to support model development.
  • Delivering high-quality work to clients including reports, models and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for follow-on work and new leads.
  • Support and manage client relationships in order to assist with future engagements,
  • Development of strong relationships with clients, payers, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders.
    • Health Economic Modelling Consultant Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics/Public Health/Epidemiology or another relevant subject.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and building health economic models.
  • Ideally experience preparing data for economic models using STATA, R or SAS.
  • Ability to develop submissions for national HTA bodies is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Excellent written and verbal English as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Additional language ability is desirable.
