Job Description

Head of Marketing - Permanent - Competitive salaryA software company based in Cambridge are looking for a commercially driven, pro-active individual who can execute high impact campaigns to drive sales nationwide.You will be overseeing all marketing activities of the company ensuring the marketing team effectively achieves the organisations marketing strategy as well as being instrumental in the success of the brand and businesses.Key Responsibilities

  • Developing the brand and marketing strategy
  • Carrying out competitor analysis to guarantee the company’s marketing strategy is ahead of competitors
  • Managing and improving lead generation campaigns and measuring results
  • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
  • Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events and digital marketing
  • Developing and leading a data driven CRM strategy
    • Experience
  • Experience in a senior-level marketing position and relevant marketing qualification
  • In-depth social media knowledge and experience
  • Experience in hospitality, retail or food and beverage
  • Managing P&L and complex budgets
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, secondary European language an advantage
    • You will become an integral part of the Head Office team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Required skills
