Job Description

R13 Recruitment are working alongside a long-standing, award-winning law firm to in their search for a Head of Employment to join their Norwich based team.   • Independent management of more complex cases.
  • Managing the department, and working with the team to mentor, support and develop.
  • Overseeing workloads
  • Working closely with the team and other departments to maintain a high level of service.
You will have/be
  • 5 years PQE experience within the Employment forum with a track record of working across a range of complex cases.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • A desire and drive to achieve exceptional standards of service.
  • Experience in or desire to move into a management position & cultivate a teams careers.
  • Coaching, mentoring team members.
  • Commerciality and an awareness of how to optimise billable hours through best practise.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking attitude.
