I am looking for an experienced Head Chef with an interest in Vegan and Plant based food. My client have recently finished a a full refurb of a large restaurant in the Central Cambridge, and after a short period of soft openings are looking for a drivenHead Chef to push to the next level .The ideal candidate will have experience cooking in a Vegan restaurant setting, however my client is also interested in speaking to chefs with an interest & experience in cooking Vegan food in other styles of catering. As part of your role you will be responsiblefor all hiring, training and coaching your team in the menu and procedures to create the vegan and plant based foodFull training will be provided to you in order to allow you to implement the menu to the clients requirements.My client will invest time and effort in you fully supporting menu creation and kitchen equipment ensuring implementation of their concept.Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings.This role comes at an exciting time for the company with 2 new restaurants planned in 2022.
